LIME & GINGER MOCKTAIL 🍹

I N G R E D I E N T S

1 cup of Pure Ginger + Lemon Grass Tea (both are available at our webshop)
- Small piece of fresh Ginger
- 1 teaspoon of unrefined Cane Sugar

1 teaspoon of Matcha Uji (available at our webshop)
- Juice of ½ a Lime
- Ice Cubes
R E C I P E
- Make a cup of tea (from the Pure Ginger and Lemon Grass tea). About 20cl will be enough. And let it cool down.
- Take a cocktail shaker*. Fill it with the piece of Ginger, Matcha and Lime Juice. Use a muddler** to smash it all to release the flavors.
- Add the (cold) Tea and Ice Cubes.
- SHAKE, SHAKE, SHAKE~ or stir really well!
- Use a strainer*** to pour the Mocktail into a fancy glass filled with ice cubes of your choice.
- Garnish with a slice of Lime.
* You could also use any heavy glass with a thick and relatively square bottom.
** Use something that’s good at pressing/smashing food. For example a thick wooden spoon.
*** If you don’t have a strainer, use a wide serving spoon.
